Childcare for Option 2 & 3
We will be offering childcare for Option 2 & 3 children only. This is also teacher work week in which staff get ready for our summer camps which start June 2nd. Can’t wait to see everyone then.
Teacher Work Day
School is closed. Teachers will be working on their rooms to prepare for summer camps.
Last Day of the School Year
It’s been an amazing year! We’ll take a short break and be back June 2nd! WooHoo!!
Field Day & Picnic
Our field day and school picnic will be held outside weather permitting. If you plan to stay for lunch make sure you bring a blanket or chair to sit on. We will have volunteer signups coming out soon.
Spring Concert & Kinder Graduation
We will have our Spring Concert and Kindergarten Graduation at FBC of Elkhart [53953 County Rd 17, Bristol, IN 46507]
Start time is 6pm and we will have a cookie treat afterwards. After Care will close at 4:30 that day to give staff time to prepare for the event.
Muffins With Mom
Spend the morning with your child having muffins and working with them in the classroom. More info to come.
Spring Break
Spring break; school is closed but childcare is available. Watch for a sign up.
Valentines Day Parties
Each class will have their very own valentines party. Elementary will have theirs on Friday.

Getting to know our local Heros - Police
This will be happening during Donuts with Dad! Dad’s you are welcome to stay and meet some other local heros!
Donuts with Dad
Dad’s join your child in their classroom for a short time and enjoy a donut. Then go with them to watch a demonstration by the Police.
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
It’s the last day of school. We will miss you all but hope to see you back for our summer time fun! Have a great break next week and we will see you on June 3rd!
Field Day & Picnic w/ Parents
Volunteers welcome and appreciated. Our annual field day and picnic is a success because of our parent volunteers. If you can’t join us for the field day, you may join us for the picnic. After the picnic you are free to take your child home with you or send them back to class or nap time! More info to come.
Spring Concert / Kindergarten Graduation
Join us at FBC (First Baptist Church of Elkhart on CR 17) for our annual Spring Concert led by Emily Sullivan. Kindergarten graduation led by our leads in Primary: Mrs. Herron, Ms. Brooke and Ms. Hannah.
Aftercare will close early at 4:30pm so that staff can make it to the performance on time.
Start time is 6pm with a cookie bar following the performance.
Muffins with Mom
Join us for a special time of celebrating being a mom! If mom can not join, we would love to have another special person attend in their place. More info to be sent on Brightwheel.
